UPS, FedX, and USPS, will not reimburse shipping or package or value if driver says it was left at the address and it can't be found. This is non-negotiable and done at your risk.

Unimax nevertheless opens an investigation to locate any missing package but with no guarantee. The order cannot be reshipped at no charge. Please don't.

You can hold your package at a Drop-Off Point or at the UPS Center for your pick-up.

A customer who ordered two small orders during the year placed a very large order asking
to leave it at his residence and then wrote a bad Google review blaming us for not sending a replacement when he reported he could not find the package.
